HOT STONE MASSAGE:  This is a deep relaxing massage using basalt stones which create deep penetrating heat.  Great for arthritis, MS, back pain, stress, insomnia and depression.

TARGET MASSAGE:  Fully clothed, no oils or lotions.  This massage focuses on shoulders, back and neck, helping to reduce stress and tension.

ELDER MASSAGE:  With this massage you are fully clothed. This massage is great for sore aching joints and muscles.

REIKI:  A healing and energy technique that enhances the body’s natural ability to heal itself through mind, body and spirit.

AROMATHERAPY:  Essential oils incorporated with massage sends messages to the brain.  (Balancing, clarifying, energizing, focusing, sedating and uplifting oils.)

INFANT MASSAGE:  This tender, soothing massage helps to relax your little one.  Great for preemies and colicky babies

PRENATAL MASSAGE:  This gentle, relaxing massage helps to reduce swelling and relieve leg cramping.  (Not recommended during 1st. trimester.)
