Education First

To better serve our clients, Your Salon and Spa's staff is always trying to improve our clients service, thru advanced educational classes. Classes attended by our staff over the past year include:

• Empower, Encore, Evolve - This is an integrated business system which benefits salon owners, salon staff and salon clientele. It holds a comprehensive curriculum of creative, technical and business development programs. These classes are on going.
• ESON – a gathering of salon leaders facing common challenges, coming together for shared solutions. (ongoing)
• Strategic Solutions Academy – This course offers an intensive three day precision hair cutting system. The course curriculum also included theory, demonstration, and hands on instruction. (A three day intermediate class is to follow.)
• Academy at Kaleidoscope – This is a distributorship with the understanding for continuing education. Classes include hair cutting basics, advanced haircutting, texturing, long hairdressing, retail training, and a hair color college.
